Went in to look at a used truck. Asked for an estimate on my trade in and they tried to give me auction price for it. Worth at least 10k more at other dealers we've talked to in the Phoenix area. And they apparently ran a credit check on us dropping our credit score when I just wanted an estimate on my truck. Be very careful with this dealership and don't let them sneak things by you. Never have had this issue with any other dealership in the past and it should have thrown a red flag when they asked how much we made. Dealers should NEVER check your credit until you are ready to purchase.
