Our 3 year old mini goldendoodle, Dillon, had lost his appetite and showed elevated levels of creatinine and BUN indicating poor kidney function. We were referred to VEG by our primary vet, and they were extremely helpful, kind, and empathetic. After an ultrasound and additional tests, Dillon was diagnosed with renal lymphoma. Throughout the days we spent at VEG, we were treated incredibly well. We were even given our own room to stay in with Dillon for two nights and the vet techs and doctors were accommodating to our every need. Dr. Nelson, all other doctors involved, and the vet tech staff went above and beyond for us making an emotionally draining and terrible situation more tolerable. As Dillon continues to fight, I call VEG first when any concerns come up. I can t recommend this group enough. Thank you SO MUCH for all you ve done for us, VEG. We owe you and are forever grateful for all you do.
