I asked how long tinting would take when I called ...

I asked how long tinting would take when I called to make the appointment, I was told an hour and a half. There was no mention of me waiting for or dropping off the car, so I assumed after being told an hour and a half I could wait and would not have to arrange a ride. When I arrived there I was told I would have to leave it indefinitely because they were "backed up. " When confronted about it, their defense was to try to make me feel like an idiot by saying "this is the auto industry, you always drop it off. " This is not the case as most auto offices and mechanics have waiting areas with chairs and old magazines to read. Regardless, i was never asked whether I would be leaving it or waiting, probably because unbeknownst to the customer you actually have no choice because "that's the auto industry. "

I took my business elsewhere, where I got carbon layered tints with a lifetime warranty and I sat and waited for the 45 minutes it took to complete, without a problem.

Judging by the patterns I've seen on other reviews, their response will most likely be to say they never saw me in their store. This is good business practice.
