I didn't want to come to this, but it is the worst...

I didn't want to come to this, but it is the worst experience I have had (and not my ordeal is not yet over) with this company and mainly their internet service.

For 3 weeks I have not had internet, technical service unreachable, for the agency's landline number, calls have been ringing continuously (for 3 weeks), on Facebook, I have been referred to the agency. At the agency (being an employee and I can't take permissions all the time to go there), but when I go, I am told, WE WILL CALL YOU, or "the technicians will contact you", and that never happens.

Internet also being my business, I am losing my turnover a little more each passing day. I asked for a termination of my contract within the timeframe they gave me (you have 1 week to test the equipment and refunded if not satisfied they told me at the agency). I submitted my letter of termination but they made me understand that a technician must come and make the report otherwise I WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. When is he coming ? HE WILL CALL YOU I am told ...

One week, no technician in sight. By chance another technician (the one who made the installations) calls me back, I take this opportunity to explain what is happening to me and the statements of the Expresso agents. He therefore made his observation and informed me that he was going to submit his report to the agency and that they would come back to me.

ANOTHER WEEK GOES NOTHING, I go to the agency, WE WILL CALL YOU ON MONDAY.

knowing that all these periods, no number passes and no one is reachable ...

I have been living this situation for 3 weeks (almost a month).

The money is not a pb, I paid 15,000f, you can keep it, but come and get your equipment, since you ordered me not to touch it otherwise I will not have my silver.

It's long, but it's the only way I can express myself about this company, to be avoided at all costs.
