Pretty decent Japanese steakhouse. The food was about average for this type of restaurant...good but not great. Their version of yum yum sauce is not very good, tastes a little weird. Where this place excelled was in the quality of their chef. I believe I had Tyler. Never had a white guy as my hibachi chef, seemed a little odd to me, but he put on the best damn show I've seen. He had a great personality, was very engaged with his audience and entertained my 7 year old (and the rest of the table) quite thoroughly. I've eaten at many of these types of restaurants numerous times Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, Florida, and now Texas. This guy was the best out of all we've had. It's an hour drive for us to eat here, but it was well worth it.
