It took a hour to check in for a room I had reserved a month previous. I had paid for a king size room with an upgrade with a nice view and refrigerator. Instead I was given a standard room with a queen size bed no view and no refrigerator. I had paid for a roll out bed for my son and in the period of 4 hours had checked the status of the roll out bed with the front desk. I was told they were making it and then they would bring it to the room. By 10pm still no bed for my son. Keep in mind that I had checked in at 1pm. I called the front desk and no one answered so I went down there. I was informed that they were all out of roll out beds. Even though I had paid for one and reserved it. So I said what am I supposed to do for my son? He has no where to sleep. The manager shrugged and said nothing I can do. He also said he could not refund the price I paid for the roll out bed or the additional fee I paid for the upgraded room. He said I would have to send an email. So I went back up to the room and I gave my son a pillow and blankets off the bed and my husband and I had to share a pillow and a sheet. This place was horrible at providing customer service and providing what you as a guest pays for. Then gives an I don't care attitude.
