RIP OFF!!! They couldn't figure out how to instal...

RIP OFF!!! They couldn't figure out how to install their software on our shopping cart so they blamed it on us and said it was because of slow internet (impossible). I cancelled because of breach of contract because they could not provide services. now they are trying to shake me down for $900.00. my attorney told me that he hears stories like this frequently from people that have been ripped off by the many companies that are affiliated with first american, like appstar. they have a terrible reputation so they hide behind affiliates so it is harder to determine who you are dealing with.
