Pat came to my house and was extremely professional. He even put on booties to keep my floors clean without my asking! He explained everything that he fixed and despite the shape of my heater, didn't push me for sales. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips that I can do on my own to keep my heater running until it burns out. I would strongly recommend schaals to anyone!!
