We are here for you, Suzuki writes on the homepage. But there is not even an acknowledgment of receipt for the mail. Also letter by letter remains unanswered. Japanese companies should be so polite and so customer-oriented. Suzuki ... puff cake. That seems to be a fairy tale. The customer ... just annoying!

I am just reading that Suzuki is mining in Germany places. No wonder that the employees then have something else in mind than customer service.
But they also dig the grave for the remaining places.
