Shocking Experience - Don't go!

We were 8 people for business lunch last week and ordered the set lunch as well as some pizzas. the starters were small but ok, nothing fancy and not reflecting the fine dining prices which were on the top end of what you can charge: Pizza from 30$ + Tax 7% and Service charge 10%.
Pizza was rustic but fairly tasty, the ordered bolognese pasta came with delay and the smell of rotten meat was so disgusting that you didn't have to come close to the plate to know that this is food poisoning. So we complained. The dish was taken away, and since we were already late ( took them 45 mins to serve the mains ) my bf refused to order the alternative dish offered by the waiter.
The second shock came with the bill: the rotten bolognese was fully charged and the asian restaurant manager had no intention to offset from the bill;
She said that she tried herself, and it was excellent, a special Italian blend; Our reaction was between shock and laughing - we were all Italians on the table and 2 of us Sommeliers - with enough expertise to identify rotten meat from the well prepared Italian food to expect.
Actually this is the second time I experience such in Singapore and with denying the restaurants failure, they may want to protect themselves from gouvernment investigations in cleanness and hygiene up to public blaming in the local news.
What happened clearly states La Frochettas lack in Hygiene and I strongly recommend to avoid the place!
