My sales man came to My door and was very respectful and affable. He was not pushy in the slightest. He was honest and even let me look up complaints posted on line and we discussed them all. He stayed til my husband got home and chatted with him. The only reason I decided to try this company out was bc of Jonny. He was just a diligent, pavement-hitting, hardworking, honest, young man. I took a week to decide and he had a installation man here within a few hours of deciding to install.
The install man Daniel was exceedingly patient as well as professional and thorough. Very thorough. He stayed about 4 hours as I had 4 cameras installed for my children's safety. He made sure I had everything on my phone and could use all the cameras and doorbell camera before he left. So far I do not have one complaint about this company but only raves and accolades. But I have only had it 24 hours, will post another review in a month or two about continued services.
