Andrea Tripiciano Review of Delonghi

I write here because it is the only "online" way to communicate with your company.
I have a model EC220CD coffee machine since December 2012.
Assuming that since the purchase I asked myself why it didn't produce a coffee worthy of the word (every day was a moral struggle against myself for not deciding to return to the old moka), last September I find myself forced to take it to assistance for copious loss of water, during and after heating, from the boiler (the central round part with small holes and a screw in the middle).
The machine is perfectly repaired after only 3 days, (excellent and prepared assistance center in Messina).
I take her home and today the problem is repeated.
Called assistance I am confirmed that they, by returning the machine to the fault, will be able to solve only that single problem, without being able to guarantee that it will recur in the future and without the slightest possibility of having Delonghi's authorization to change the machine, because the type of fault is not included in the list of faults that require replacement.
Now I wonder, but a company of 200 million and capital passes because it does not take a little more care of its customer, perhaps by inserting an online platform to communicate the problems with the products as the undersigned is doing (among others in this office)?
I hope there is a courteous answer to this, because I'm really thinking of bringing the car in assistance and GIFT THEM, so I will save the safe future costs of home / assistance / home transport, as well as take away the thought of wasting money trying this type of coffee , rather than that or that, wafers, coarsely ground, very finely ground etc, etc.
I inform you that the use of the machine is limited to max 2 times a day for about 4 times a week, and is turned on only to prepare coffee.
I hope to be contacted by the S.V. for a quiet solution to the problem of a customer who would like to remain so.
kind regards
