I contacted Abilene Toyota about a used vehicle and asked numerous questions. I even applied for credit to get numbers as I was driving 186 miles to come pick the car up. I was working with Kevin and thought I had an understanding about the certified vehicle I was purchasing. After driving over 2.5 hours to come get the vehicle everything went down hill. When I arrived the vehicle was not ready and the sales person Kevin was not there, I was passed off to someone else who didn t know much about the situation or the vehicle. After the rest drive I asked about the vehicle being certified. I was told it would come with an additional warranty which it did not. I felt lied too and deceived because I was being told something completely different, there was no consistency in their business practices. I was upset because I drove so far for nothing. The vehicle had numerous scrap marks and a large price of missing paint on the front bumper which was not disclosed prior to me driving up. Overall it was a bad experience and it made me loose faith in this dealership. It was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. I also didn t appreciate the tone and rudeness of the finance gentlemen who s name I can t remember. I took my business elsewhere and will not recommend or be back to this dealership.
