I bought a car from Lithia about a month ago and it was the easiest car buying experience I've EVER had. I live in Nashville, but had brought from Lithia before so with a little help from my family who is local- I found a car, did the sale (and trade in) with me being in Tennessee and doing all of the paperwork over the phone. They made it so easy for me, and have been so attentive after the sale making sure that everything got finalized and registered in TN. Greg, Sam, Andrew and all of the other people I dealt with were so kind, amazingly helpful, and have double and triple checked to make sure I was happy, taken care of, and didn't have any further questions. I truly cannot say enough how thankful I am for how they helped me. I can't recommend them highly enough.
