Alex is fantastic! I moved to Charlotte from another state and had a lot of questions that my previous insurance agent seemed to brush off and not explain to me. Alex took the time to explain everything perfectly to me and was extremely patient with all my questions and multiple calls. He also took a look at my previous policy and made some changes to it that saved me some money. He made this one step of moving so much easier for me. I highly recommend using them!
