My husband died suddenly and I was so relieved that we had signed up with Neptune society several years ago. All I had to do was give my ID card.
Everything was handled smoothly and compassionately at the hospital.
We picked up the ashes and death certificates , and were treated with respect, kindness and professionalism. During this difficult time I was grateful that everything was taken care of.
