My daughter began group piano lessons at Merriam last January. We were concerned about the higher cost of lessons but were drawn in by the idea of lessons being done in a group setting. Worth every penny. Fast forward a year later with Andrea Leung as her teacher and we are absolutely thrilled. Our seven year old daughter has learned so much in only one year. Andrea is patient, enthusiastic, supportive and a wonderful teacher. Lessons are appropriate and engaging. We absolutely love watching her perform in concerts and recitals and her self-confidence has increased dramatically. Highly recommend both Andrea and Merriam in general.
