This restaurant is a classic example to show the importance of the freshness of seafood. The food choices here is typical high end japanese restaurant but because their seafood are very fresh, which makes a lot of difference in terms of taste. I think they have one of the best sashimi I have ever tasted outside Japan. Definitely on the pricey side but i think is worth a try or even 2. :) PS: I missed the rainbow trout sashimi and my wife missed the Uni.
