I got to give Audi of Ft Worth their due credit. I bought a 2010 A4 from Audi of Plano which was the worst experience I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle and they sold me a vehicle that had issues from the get go. To this day I'm still having issues. Mind you I just bought the car in Dec 2018. So I've only had it a little over a year now. The biggest issue was the engine and oil consumption. Audi of Plano charged me about $300 just to diagnose the car originally and didnt even really find the problem. Audi of Ft Worth diagnoses the car for FREE!! Not only that but my service consultant Andrew has been great. It turns out the engine had to be replaced all together and Andrew worked great with having the warranty company cover the engine and to now is still currently working with me every step of the way. He has been, as far as I know, very transparent with the pricing and issues he has come across which I truly appreciate and he has also done his best to keep cost as low as possible due to a financial hardship. I truly wish that I had originally purchased from Audi of Fort Worth instead of the good for nothing at Audi of Plano. Audi of FW has truly restored my desire to stay with Audi. I work for Mercedes- Benz and I know what it means to provide great customer service and Andrew at Audi of FW has been a true definition of that. Thank you to Andrew and Audi of FW.
