I needed to buy a car and thought I could trust toyota Carlsbad to have honesty and integrity dince they've been around for decades. I guess the stigma with used car salesmen exists for a reason. After sitting in the office for a few hours with both the salesman and the supervisor coming at me with reasons why the car I was buying was worth top dollar, I purchased. It so far has been the worst experience I've had with purchasing a vehicle. Within days the "super clean and reliable rav4 needed the front suspension system replaced. Looks like they had missed that among other things in the inspection they had claimed to have done. One of the selling points made was a warranty that I found out doesn't exist upon taking the car to the service centre. When I called kevin to ask him what was going on his response was "oh well" and that his supervisor would be in later and I should take it up with him. Don't trust anything that their sales guys say as they clearly took advantage of my situation and have little interest in being truthful or providing any customer service outside of the initial deal.
