Stay AWAY! If I could give the management zero stars, I would. They took advantage of my college-aged daughter. They rented a house that had horrible mold (We did an air test and a swab test). They painted OVER the mold and claimed it was fixed. Then they refused to refund the rent she was owed for the months she couldn't live there while they were fixing the problem because, "You told us you weren't planning on moving in there until August anyway." We moved her to a much nicer and SAFER apartment in Amherst. This company is shady and should not be in business.
