I recently purchased a few items from their website, and overall, the experience was okay. The products seem to be of decent quality and the variety is quite good. However, I found the website layout a bit confusing and it took me a while to navigate through it. Additionally, the shipping took longer than expected, and communication regarding the delay was not very clear. While the products are satisfactory, I hope they can improve the website usability and streamline the shipping process for better customer experience. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, but I hope to see improvements in these areas.
