Horrid experience. I frequent this McDonald's often & must say the new staff is a disappointment. I asked BEFORE ordering, if the Monopoly game pieces were still available. The drive thru attendant told me "Yes." After 17 minutes or so, I get up to the first window to pay my $7.34. (I know, because I got over half way through Firefly Season 1 Episode 9 while waiting.) Wait another 5 minutes or so, pull up to the next window and am handed food with no pieces - whatsoever. The Monopoly pieces aren't even the reason for the poor rating though - it's not their fault they ran out of pieces. The rating is because of the large black employee (name unknown) who thought it was hilarious that I requested a refund & when I was given the incorrect amount of money back, presented my receipt for the right refund. I work in customer service. Your drive thru attendants should know what's going on; menu changes, meal options and promotional offers. Your employees should be offering accurate orders and information. If something is wrong, they should be trying to rectify the situation, not judging or laughing at a paying customer. I'll be hard pressed to find a reason to return to this location. I'll also discourage my friends and family from bringing patronage to this store. I hope corporate hears about how his once awesome store is being run.
