Sent several letters not addressed to me for a veh...

Sent several letters not addressed to me for a vehicle I've never owned tried to call to advise never heard of the person in the letter cant get through no email contact but says agents are working from home to assist but doesn't put you through to anyone poor contact and clearly don't update when letters are returned incident date of 24/12 I've been in the property since August and DO NOT KNOW THE ADDRESSEE
