Excellent care from the entire staff - from ER intake, to billing, the nurses, physician assistant, ultrasound tech to the final referral for orthopedic surgeon (which took a few referral hops to get to the right specialist). The care for active bleeding began literally at the reception desk. Everyone is very polite and every member of the medical team is supportive of one another, great communication with each hand-off. I'm in the process of finding her name, but one of the nurses in surg prep insisted on an ultrasound in response to pain...and that test turned up a blood clot. Received truly potentially life-saving care here.
