i stayed here during the summer expecting excellent service with flawless customer service. Comes down to it when i asked for towels in the morning they took 55 minutes to bring them down to my room and made me pay a late check out fee, on top of this they were attempting to charge extra fees of $75 plus taxes which we spoke to the manager about and were dropped.
very disappointing
