Stayed at this hotel from 4/25-4/29/2019. The first room they placed me in flooded every time someone used the shower. They claimed there had never been a complaint about this issue however doors in the impacted area had obvious damage from repeated exposures to water (doors were swollen and difficult to close). They refused to fix it and moved me to a room next to violent drunks. A near brawl broke out next door one night at 2am. The front desk never sent anyone even though I could hear someone or something being repeatedly hit and a woman crying. Additionally, I have found since returning home additional charges on cards used at the hotel. The one bright spot was the beach---the hotel is on the best beach in Puerto Rico. Of course, so are a few others--I would highly suggest you investigate staying at those hotels instead of El San Juan. I expected more from a high end Hilton property that what I got.
