A p *** e f *** site. I ordered a Samsung since 09/29, the seller ships it, I follow my order with the order number, I call the after-sales service because I start to worry. In the end, go 10 days later the carrier tells me that the package is lost. I call Price Minister I tell them that I want to be reimbursed pcq delivery times are exceeded. The lady says yes, I will take your complaint in 3 days, you will have news or we will forward it to you, or we will reimburse you. So it was October 14. The next day I receive an email stating that my complaint is rejected on the pretext that my package is in transit while I said on the 14th that my package had been lost. So I remind, they make me a new claim. And today I receive an email stating that I still have to wait for the seller to respond or wait another 7 days to get a refund! I call customer service again I express my dissatisfaction I ask to speak to a manager, what tells me this dirty asshole? "No I do not pass you my manager pcq I handle the call correctly." Ahhhhh for him not to find a solution is to manage properly ?! He says wait, I'll see. He tells me his manager is in a meeting he will call me back.
Of course, he never called me back I think it was a big mytho but No problem I will call every day until I get reimbursed pcq to take the money from my account it was fast !
I advise against everyone, and I will not hesitate to harass them until they do their job.
