Nick Alexander is the best. They literally serve everyone all over the city. I'm so thankful it worked out because now I drive my dream car. The ONLY BMW dealership that does complimentary basic car washes. Service was quick, my car was done the same day, I was able to get a loaner. When I got back a service gentleman took care of my loaner car and my service rep got me back into mine. Everything is always top notch at Nick.
