Unreliable, untrustworthy and lacks basic communication/common courtesy skills. Like other reviews have stated, Kris Maas is infuriating to deal with. My husband and I own a home in Great Falls and Kris is our property manager (we're a military family.) Every month for the past 3 years, Kris deposits our money a week to 10 days past when our contract states she will deposit our rent. Every month she has some ridiculous excuse, the check got lost in the mail, she wrote the wrong name on the check, the bank messed up etc. I wish we could go back in time and sign with a different property manager.
