Hello, Our Church in Bethesda currently have a Toshiba Printer Leased from Nauticon.
We had several issues with the printer and its software. I placed a call last Friday to get service done on the printer. I was pleasantly surprised that your technician (Senior Technician, Mr. Jonathon Kennedy) arrived about two hours after the call and was very thorough with his work.
After he explained in detail the problem with the printer, he went out of his way and called his colleague to remotely access the computer and fixed the software problem too. His caring action pleased us to be in business with Nauticon.
