Worst bridal store I have ever dealt with in my life! We ordered a hair pin for my sister's wedding in two months ago. We were promised it would be there in 6-8 weeks. We called to see when it would be coming in because it was almost hitting that 8 week date and we were told that it wasn't going to be here for another two months! They lied about how long it was going to take to get in the hairpin. My sister has hair trials to do and she obviously has to have the pin for it. When we called back and said we don t want it because it isn t here in the time they said we signed a contract and we have to buy it. Also, we paid up front for it, so they ve had our money and still haven t gotten the pin to us in the timeframe they promised. After talking to the rude and completely unhelpful owner, she said it would be they said they would have it in a few days. And now because of their mistake they won t let us out of the contract, even though they have lied to us again and again. My sister doesn t even want it anymore because it has been such a stressful ordeal. I will never go to Matina s for anything again. All I can say is thank goodness we didn t get her dress there because who knows what horrible thing would have happened then!
