It all depends on what you are looking for. The rooms are fairly small, there are very few amenities, there is a continental breakfast, and the neighborhood is marginal. But, look, is all that what you are really looking for in a hotel room? The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the building is old but as long as you are smart about walking around in a city, the neighborhood is just excellent.Ocean view Hotel is close to so much (opera house, city hall, Museum of Modern Art, shopping, etc) and the price is right. If you are looking for luxury you find it.If you are looking for a place to get a good night's sleep and be in the middle of the action, try somewhere else
