Virginia Therapy and Fitness Center (VTFC) is superb in every way from the front desk staff to the modern, new facility to the expert physical therapists. VTFC has differentiated itself by treating patients with a full hour of 1:1 treatment by physically therapists. Unlike other practices where you re herded in only to sit alone with ice or instructed to do exercises alone, VTFC therapists greet you and continue to treat you side by side. I ve been treated here most recently for my recovery after rotator cuff surgery. For anyone who has had rotator cuff surgery you know it s a painful and challenging recovery to regain full range of motion and strength. VTFC and my therapist Kevin, has made this process the best it could be. All of the therapists are stellar, and the environment is bright, contains high-end equipment, and its an overall great environment to heal. My husband also goes to VTFC for neck and back pain and has been able to avoid painful surgery as a result. We can t say enough good things about VTFC.
