Chef Rob's salmon stir fry dish was AMAZING!!!!! I was actually surprised to see this on the menu. It was perfect for me as I only eat seafood and to find a stir fry dish that had salmon as the meat option just blew my mind. Thank you for being so creative with your dishes and not being afraid to present something different. The flavor of the Salmon stir fry had my taste buds literally dancing.
