We went in yesterday to get our 2015 Chevy Silverado serviced. We had the pleasure of dealing with a very helpful service department member Anthony Lopez. We were in and out of there and very satisfied. While we were there we met a gentleman by the name of Tony Castel De Oro. We went back this morning to look at another vehicle and while we felt it wasn't a good fit for us we decided to look at a newer model of our truck. We fell in love immediately BUT we all know that buying a new vehicle can be a task, right? Well, it wasn't today. We were taken care of by Tony we expressed our interest but we also let him know what we could afford. It wasn't 15 minutes later that the deal was on the table and we were EXCITED! We had the pleasure of meeting his wife as she worked there as well and I have to say....They are a dynamic due for sure. Very personable, kind and helpful. But our experience gets better. We met Alejandro, he is the finance guru who helped us get the very best deal possible. I left there excited but also in tears....happy tears. We were treated like family and the WHOLE process was incredibly seamless. I highly recommend Gateway BUT I also highly recommend Tony & Alejandro. God Bless these extremely kind people. It was an amazing trifecta! Thank you, Gateway!
