DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!! I had them diagnose a leak on my truck. Came back and said I need a new transmission and pump to the tune of almost $10k. Stated fluid was leaking from transmission into bell housing. Then, when I asked why the entire trans needed replacement if it wasn t damaged, they got a second opinion from another tech who said I d be okay replacing just the pump, to the tune of $2500. Then I got a third opinion from a private transmission shop (CNS Transmission in Parker) who found the leak to be a COOLANT LEAK after all!! The coolant was leaking from the front engine connection onto the bell housing making it look to the UNTRAINED EYE that it was on the transmission. Yes, the coolant and trans fluid in these trucks are the same color, but they did absolutely no investigating to figure out what it actually was! $350 and my truck is fixed.

These guys tried to get me to pay $10k for a repair that a) wasn t needed and b) wouldn t have actually solved any actual problems!

Steer clear and run FAR away, FAST!!
