Will has been my preferred and only Service Advisor since inception after my initial experience of unsatisfactory service. Will took the lead and has ensured that any and all issues are addressed in the most professional manner. I always feel that my best interest are first with Will and I will have it no other way. I expect it and Will delivers. His commitment should not go unnoticed and I will confirm with Will. I got an extend care agreement when I met Will that is honored every time I visit GPH.
