CrossFit Fairfax is an awesome box. Lots of competitive athletes and an overall great community feel. I started at this box and won't be going anywhere anytime soon. When I first started I had never done a lot of the movements but with really good coaching I was up to speed in no time. I recommend this box to anyone interested in CrossFit. Whether you're a beginner or a competitive athlete, this is the box for you!
