I've been coming to Broadlawns since 2015. I've always been well received and have never experienced an issue. Long waits tend to be long waits for me since treatment is priority based and I've never come in near death. It is what it is. I've only ever met competent, genuine, caring staff under a lot of pressure in the medical field who all carry it well. I cannot express enough gratitude to all the Broadlawns staff for ALL you have helped me through! Thank you!
