This is by far the worst company we have ever deal...

This is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. They hire 15-16 year old managers on a power trip who do not respect homeowner rights. The lifeguards refuse to check for identification, do not stop dangerous horseplay and tend to follow their own rules. The training program at Midwest is obviously flawed, their management is not responsive and honestly I find this company unsafe and unfit for the services they provide. I caution any association to never even consider Midwest as it is dangerous for your public safety and a horrible mistake.
