Sales?They may be good but NEVER get your vehicle serviced here and DO NOT buy the service packages or warranties. My last straw is I just discovered my oil was overfilled by at least half a quart. You do NOT put 6 quarts of oil in a 5.3 quart system. Fortunately I've not driven it much and maybe Alexander won't have to buy me a new engine.
They didn't grease the driveline like they were supposed to do (and I paid them to do) either.

EDIT: My vehicle *requires* an oil filter with a check valve so it doesn't have dry startups. I kept noticing a lot of valve chatter after starting and checked the oil filter to make sure it was correct. It wasn't. Three oil changes worth of startup damage because they used a Delco PF53 filter which has no check valve.
