I called About my ac being out while it s 99 degrees outside. I asked when is the soonest someone could be here because i have Children and it s very hot. The guy on the phone said i don t know you will have to wait and see. Like how do you not know time frames then i asked Is there anyway i can talk directly to someone he said nope have to wait then hung up on me. Bad business for sure
