I called 2 times to get information about my benef...

I called 2 times to get information about my benefits and changes to the coverage. I also needed help in obtaining some information that wasn't on the website Both of the representatives that I spoke to were extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. I was able to obtain some of the information on the phone and the rest was immediately emailed to me.
