We have used this service several times to screen tenant applicants. Turn around time has been very good. Reports have been complete overall. The only occasional holes have been in unreachable previous landlords. At times this is not a big issue especially if it is not the current landlord. We have also had one employer (restaurant) who was not reached due to limited operating hours. Fortunately we were able to reach them directly after receiving more info from the applicant. Overall I would rate this service 4.5 stars.
