Worst Service Ever .

Worst Service Ever .
I recently moved to south Edmonton and I had some smoke problem in my vehicle. I thought it would be easy if I go to nearest GMC.

First my spouse called if she can book appointment with, one of the member in Service advised no appointments available on Saturdays but she requested to leave the vehicle as they can look on Monday to see it.

We went to the Capital GMC and Melanie asked us to leave the vehicle . But she never took our information. We have to call her back and provided our information.

On Monday April 12, 2021 I received a call , she mentioned there was some problem deducted and due to my vehicle is new everything will be covered. Also the mechanic found some findings , she emailed the quote for $1324

I asked her is the findings has to be fixed asap? she said yes. After I googled the NAPA and cost it is not even half of the price. So I called her I told it is seems like Very expensive, She advised that she will use GMC and NAPA sell cheap products. When I asked my vehicle back , she mentioned i have pay $200 deductible , which she never mentioned on ,our initial conversation , As she did no had patience to take our details.
She said she will be sending the documents for signing, which never happened.

When we left the vehicle, my wife was also with me , So I contacted my I asked her if she mentioned anything about the $200 deductible. My wife contacted CAPITAL GMC and she wants to talk to Melanie. But Melanie was helping other customer, Some one answered and she said Oh we explained everything to spouse about deductibles when he left vehicle. My Wife put the phone on conference and she explained, no one talked about the deductible or any other information. And she requested to connect with Melanie as soon as she is available, So my spouse talk to her for almost 10 minutes explained the story . Now the service people connected to Melanie. SHE WAS RUDE. HER TONE WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. SHE ASKED MY WIFE HOW CAN SHE HELP. MY WIFE SAID I JUST TALK TO SOME PEROSN AND EXPLAINED WHOLE. SHE SAID MY WIFE TO REAPAT IT AGAIN AS SHE DID NOT HAD TIME TO ASK OTHER PERSON. NO SERVICE .

Felt like we treated like a Garbage. never explained anything. She asked my wife you should be knowing this. My wife answered , we bought this vehicle like 4 years ago and even when we came why one explained to us.

She did not say anything as she wanted to service different cx. Then we contacted sales person where we bought a vehicle from him last year . he helped us to deliver the vehicle to our home.

But Story does not end here. We took the vehicle to another mechanic. He mentioned there NO PROBLEM or FINDINGS in my vehicle. Charged us only $30.00 .

So how many people does this CAPITAL GMC ripping off? Giving wrong quotes and Stealing money and treating people as Garbage?????

Totally wrong place for service.
