My seat cover had to be exchanged due to a recall....

My seat cover had to be exchanged due to a recall. The car has a half year warranty. After just under 22 months, a crack at the driver's seat has arisen. Suzuki refuses to pay due to lack of strict compliance with the service.
I was not aware that a seat cover needed an oil change.
Lousy quality. No 2 years old, not even 40,000 km driven since the recall and you remain literally sitting on the damage word.
Inadequate.
