Created an account specifically for this review. I ordered a light bulb from Amazon who delivered it broken after almost 2 weeks. The bulb was for my 85 year old neighbor. I was frustrated that Amazon had taken so long so I called Compton Lamps direct. I spoke with Cheryl who advised they are only a wholesaler and don't sell direct to customers. However, she understood that my neighbor would be left in the dark for even longer if I went through Amazon returns so sent me another one for free.
Amazing service and I'm sure my neighbor will greatly appreciate this as well.
