My car started making a funny sound underneath the chassis while we were on Henry Hudson Parkway. I was driving from NYC to Boston with my daughter. Found City World Toyota Service on Google. We were greeted by Lewis De La Cruz. He was warm and friendly and help reduce my anxiety right away. He later brought me over to the car to show that I have a ton of plastic wrapped around my drive shaft. The mechanic was also very friendly and meticulously remove the plastic using a razor blade. I told my daughter that we really received excellent service that day. It happened on 4/9/2018.
