unfortunately the customer service is incredibly poor.
Very nice lady in sales, unbelievable arrogance of those responsible for complaints.
About the story, I bought a pair of very nice shoes in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg in July 2020.
But I come from southern Germany and I'm only very rarely in Berlin.
Now I had the opportunity to visit the branch in Prenzlauer Berg on March 26th, 21st, because my 8-month-old shoes dissolve in the area of the sole ... I, as a non-professional, say bad workmanship or incorrect construction ... as I said, I'm not a professional , but the shoes could not be worn after putting them on 10 times.
Now I wanted to ask on the spot how they deal with this matter.
The question was ... receipt ... I said, I come from southern Germany ... don't have the receipt with me ... the shoes look like new and you can tell immediately that this is a defect that has just started times should also be regulated without a receipt.
The lady in the shop tried hard to get her manager to take care of the matter in the shop:
"Please come down, the customer is very dissatisfied".
The lady responsible for the complaint did not consider it necessary to talk to me personally about this topic.
I got the contact details from the person responsible for the complaint "and their boss, and without having achieved anything, I drove 600 km south again.
I apologized to the lady in sales for my very clear approach. She was very sorry for the matter.
Incredible that you can destroy such a beautiful "ZEHA" story with such an unprofessional complaint or customer service.
Especially in this time and the strong competition from the network.
And as you can read in the reviews, the "sole theme" is known.
So be careful when buying shoes, no matter how beautiful they are ...
if the goods are defective, you won't get them repaired or replaced ... what a shame ....
